Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of kra4d is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain met for the duration of your membership:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. kra4d operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from contracting.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your personal use of online betting services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kra4d is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• Single account: You do not hold and will not open more than one Account on the kra4d Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture upon investigation.
• Not a politically exposed person (PEP): You are not a government official, state-owned enterprise employee, or other politically exposed person whose use of gambling platforms may be restricted by applicable anti-corruption laws.
• Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on kra4d or any related platform operated by kra4d's group entities.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use kra4d's Services, you must complete the registration process available via the kra4d Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. kra4d reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kra4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available via the account security settings panel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified kra4d in writing of a compromise.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kra4d operates a mandatory KYC programme consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at kra4d's discretion. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot)

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request being placed on hold pending verification may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep all account information current and accurate at all times. Any material change to your personal details — including change of legal name, residential address, or primary payment method — must be reported to kra4d support within 30 days. kra4d may suspend withdrawal functionality on accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated pending re-verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kra4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally available payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. kra4d does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign-currency bank transfers, or payment methods not listed in the current cashier interface.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000
• Maximum single deposit: as displayed in the cashier interface at the time of transaction
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallet methods and within 5 minutes for bank transfer methods under normal conditions
• kra4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kra4d accepts no responsibility
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible
• KYC-verified accounts have a benchmark withdrawal processing time of under two minutes for e-wallet methods and under 30 minutes for bank transfers under normal operational conditions
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may experience delays; kra4d will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance
• kra4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion as part of its AML and fraud-prevention obligations
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in Clause 05

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kra4d does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required before a payment reaches kra4d's payment processor is the sole responsibility of the member's bank or e-wallet provider and any associated exchange fees are borne by the member.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kra4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer (including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active) as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds credited to a member's account:

• Welcome bonuses: 30x the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts
• Reload bonuses and free bets: 20x the bonus amount
• Cashback bonuses: 1x the cashback amount (i.e., cashback must be wagered once before withdrawal)
• No-deposit bonuses (where offered): 40x the bonus amount with a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific offer

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific offer. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Practices

The following practices are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using bonus funds to place hedging bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Wagering Bonus Funds only on games that contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements without making genuine gameplay attempts
• Coordinating with other members to abuse referral or friend-invitation bonuses
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a targeted promotion

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

kra4d regularly runs promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting calendar events, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Champions League knockout rounds, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major badminton tournaments such as the Thomas Cup and Indonesia Open. Specific terms for these limited-time promotions are published on the promotions page within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kra4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, in-play betting, live casino, slots, or blackjack. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting interface on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, kra4d's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process in Clause 12.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by product, market, and game title. Current stake limits are displayed within each betting interface. kra4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual members or market types at any time, including reducing maximum stakes for members who are identified as professional or advantage players, without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the member's account balance in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without reaching its natural conclusion; a palpable error (manifestly incorrect price or market configuration) is identified before or after bet settlement; or regulatory requirements mandate the voiding of a market. kra4d's decision on voiding is final, subject to the dispute process in Clause 12.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to additional rules including the right of kra4d to suspend markets at any time without notice during live events. Bets accepted during a suspension period due to a system error will be voided. The cash-out feature on in-play bets is offered at kra4d's discretion and may be unavailable during periods of high liquidity demand or technical maintenance.

6.5 Responsible Gaming Stake Controls

Members may at any time set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time controls via the account settings panel. These self-imposed controls take effect immediately upon saving and, where a limit reduction is requested, cannot be reversed for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. kra4d encourages all members to use these tools proactively. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kra4d Platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited (in whole or in part), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical or account-level restrictions
• Colluding with other members, kra4d employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any bet or game
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain funds or an advantage; any winnings obtained through a known or unknown software error are not payable
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of any kra4d game or system
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening communication, or abusive behaviour directed at kra4d staff or other members
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account

Intellectual Property

All content on the kra4d Platform — including but not limited to the kra4d brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kra4d or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without kra4d's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of kra4d intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Data & Privacy

kra4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kra4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect member data, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption of all data in transit, bcrypt hashing of passwords at rest, strict role-based access controls for staff, and regular third-party security audits. kra4d does not sell member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by kra4d, subject to kra4d's legal obligations to retain certain data for AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance purposes. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

kra4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kra4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance where practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kra4d excludes all liability for: loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity; loss of data; or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if kra4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Cap on Liability

kra4d's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

10.4 Third-Party Content

Game content on kra4d is provided by third-party studios under licence. kra4d is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content. Disputes arising directly from the operation of a specific game title should be raised in the first instance with kra4d support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.

Termination

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your kra4d account at any time by submitting a written closure request to kra4d support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by kra4d

kra4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• The member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• kra4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• The member is found to be under 21 years of age
• Continued operation of the account would expose kra4d to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk
• The member has not logged into their account for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)

Where an account is closed by kra4d for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member's last verified payment method within 14 business days.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by either party, all licences granted to the member under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clause 08 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitations of Liability), and Clause 12 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kra4d's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

12.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and kra4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kra4d support at [email protected] and providing a clear written description of the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. kra4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond substantively within 5 business days.

12.3 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial written complaint, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. kra4d operates an internal escalation process with a dedicated complaints officer who will conduct an independent review and issue a written final decision within 14 business days of escalation. kra4d's final decision on betting disputes and game outcome disputes is binding, subject only to manifest error.

12.4 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the kra4d Platform must be filed within 12 months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims filed after this period are time-barred and kra4d will not consider them.
